  1. Double click on the "my computer" icon on your desktop.
  2. Double click on "dialup networking".
  3. Double click on "make new connection".
  4. Name your new connection cyber access
  5. Select a device (make sure your modem is selected)
  6. Click next
  7. Type in the phone number (no periods or dashes - just numbers)
  8. Click next
  9. Click finish
