List of IEEE CESoc Publications

CESoc has expanded the number of publications in which we have a hand beyond our flagship IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics.  As a benefit of CESoc membership you have free online access to the content of current and archival papers of both our Transactions as well as our Consumer Electronics Magazine.  The other titles in the list below are ones where we have a partial financial and management interest along with other IEEE Societies.  Discounted subscriptions are available if you do not otherwise have free access by virtual of your membership in other IEEE groups or perhaps by means of your organization's subscription to IEEE Xplore. 

We have also made special arrangements for all CESoc members to have free access to not just a new publication but also a new concept called "virtual journals".   The "virtual" aspect is that unlike other IEEE journals there is no hardcopy counterpart. Instead this new virtual journal consists of a collection of links to RFID topical papers that appear in other IEEE publications from multiple societies.

The official description of the new journal is:The IEEE RFID Virtual Journal is a collection of papers on the topic of RFID from IEEE publications. It includes all aspects of RFID theory, techniques, devices, and applications including tags, readers, systems and associated interfaces. Its applications include identification, tracking, asset management, security and verification, logistics, access control, localization and authentication.
