The '99-'00 Parkway Mite II team were part of a television news segment that ran on WCVB-TV on Wednesday, February 23, 2000 on the 11:00 pm local news. Filmed in part at Bryan rink, the end of the Parkway - Winthrop District 1 playdown game, played on Tuesday February 22, 2000, was used in the video to provide an example of "...the way a hockey game should end."
