The online backgammon market is getting crowded lately. After the backgammon players have moved from the offline to the

All in all, PartyGammon's backgammon is good backgammon software and it seems
like PartyGammon developers had made a good job. Though, there is one major problem, the size and
population of the community. I don’t know why but maybe the backgammon players are loyal to
the backgammon softwares they already used.
The most important requirement, to my point of view, of a backgammon software is a community with a very
big number of players (and I mean by that at least 5000 online players every time I feel like playing),
that will help the player to choose a player on his own rating anytime he likes without the need to wait
for a free player who wants to play with him.
I think that the problem of PartyGammon is that they are still "thinking poker". The poker's players
communities are much bigger then the backgammon's and they don't come, as I see it, to play a game,
they are coming to make money. It looks like PartyGammon are taking their players from their party poker system and,
well; they don’t want to come...
When I tried to play backgammon with the PartyGammon backgammon, there were less then a hundred players.
On situation like this you have to wait for your own level's player to be available (if he chooses to play with you)
or to play against someone on a different level.
The PartyGammon backgammon is very good but it has no advantages over my regular backgammon game.
Maybe with the time, the population will change and grow, till than, I am using my good hold GammonEmpire backgammon.
